ORLANDO, Fla. — There is significant traffic congestion for anyone taking the 408 westbound, as the expressway is partially shut down in that direction.
Traffic cameras show a vehicle flipped over in the middle lane with no other cars seemingly involved.
First responders are on the scene and working to reopen lanes to move traffic.
