OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Firefighters and the Florida Forest Service responded to a brush fire in Osceola County Tuesday afternoon.
The fire was around Jupiter Drive and Topeka Avenue in Holopaw. The fire has impacted around 10-20 acres in the area.
Nine homes were evacuated as a precaution.
The fire started at about 1:30 p.m. A spokesman for Osceola County Fire Rescue said it was almost completely contained as as 3 p.m.
He said there are no reported of any structural damage or injuries.
