ORLANDO, Fla. — A JetBlue flight traveled off a taxiway Friday morning at Orlando International Airport.
Flight 488 was scheduled to fly from Orlando to Worcester, Massachusetts.
A JetBlue spokesperson said the aircraft “was taxiing for departure when the front nose gear of the aircraft went off the taxiway and into the grass.”
The airline said no injuries were reported by passengers or crew members.
“At JetBlue, safety is our highest priority. We are conducting a thorough investigation and will work closely with the appropriate authorities to determine the cause of the incident,” the company further stated in an email to WFTV.
Officials said customers were safely deplaned and taken back to the JetBlue terminal in Orlando by bus.
