Orange County Public Schools soon will build a $18.18 million facility near Baldwin Park.

The district is seeking a construction manager at risk for a 34,000-square-foot building to house transportation and maintenance workers at 6721 Hanging Moss Road in Orlando.
The district currently has its Hanging Moss Transportation Facility there, which includes storage for vehicles.

A new facility will replace the existing administration building and have office space for 50 to 60 staff, employees lounges and storage warehouses. It will have parking for 100 personal vehicles and 100 district vehicles.
