VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Two teenagers have been arrested in Volusia County for allegedly making threats against another student.

Volusia Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the Pierson area shortly after midnight.

Deputies said a 17-year-old and 16-year-old made written threats to kill and commented about bringing an AK-47 to school.

Deputies said the suspects are both Taylor High School students, but the subject of their threats goes to DeLand High School.
