ORLANDO, Fla. — Orange County judge sets bonds for suspect in road-rage shooting.
5:45 p.m. Update:
An Orange County judge has set bond at $100,000 for Tina Allgeo, who is charged with second-degree murder relating to a road-rage shooting in February.
On Friday morning, the judge heard arguments from State Attorney Monique Worrell and defense attorney Mark O-Meara, who is representing Allgeo.
The judge did not make an immediate decision during court and instead held her decision until she reviewed the case further.
The judge handed down the decision early Friday evening.

The judge said in the courtroom Friday that they will need some time to make a final decision.
An Orange County grand jury formally indicted Tina Allgeo, 47, with second-degree murder in late February.
Investigators said she shot and killed Mihail Tsvetkov along East Colonial Drive near Primrose Drive in December.
Allgeo claimed Tsvetkov punched her first and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The state attorney’s office has filed a motion asking the court to continue holding Allgeo without bond.
