HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Troopers said a man accused of kidnapping a woman was stopped while driving the wrong way on an interstate in Hillsborough County.
The Florida Highway Patrol released dash-cam video showing a state trooper using a PIT maneuver to stop the driver.
The dash-cam footage captures the tense moments as the trooper forces a vehicle to turn sideways abruptly, bringing it to a stop.
